Our employee and production management system is designed for a company with thousands of employees and complex production processes. Our solution allows efficient coordination of work and its optimization. With our system, the company can effectively manage its human resources and control the progress of work in real time. Our platform also allows monitoring the performance of employees and early detection of possible production problems, allowing for a quick and effective response.

The Problem

The company is facing a serious problem with its own system, which has grown over the years to such an extent that it is very difficult to operate and information retrieval is slow. The opacity of the system means that only a particular department is able to understand the processes within it, making it difficult to exchange information between departments. Another problem is the inability of managers to reach the opinions of individual employees, which leads to a lack of information flow about the problems occurring. All of this results in a lack of a view of the entire company and hinders strategic decision-making.

A transparent tool for managing your team and its structure

Our platform allows employees to upload videos, which can then be viewed by Management. In addition, with the ability to view employee data, including their IDs in the system and positions, Management can easily find the information they need. The platform allows filtering and searching for employees, as well as adding notes and tags for each employee. The system also provides the ability to create video conferences with employees, which facilitates communication and team management. The server automatically converts videos uploaded by employees into a format that can be displayed on the Internet, allowing for easy internal sharing within the company. In addition, we have prepared a slick UI that allows you to conveniently browse the service on a mobile device.

Company structure navigation and statistical preview

Our production analysis system was created by hierarchically structuring all processes and departments within the company. This created an interactive map of the entire company, which allows management to easily find their way around the system. In addition, through the use of colors, processes that do not meet the standard can be quickly identified. In addition to the system map, a special navigation system was also created, which revolutionizes navigating through the company's structure and enables dynamic editing. In addition, an interactive statistics screen provides a comprehensive view of the company's current as well as past state.

Production Analysis System: Filtering, visualization and quick access to data

Using an analytical approach, we analyzed the huge amount of data that the company generates, and then created a system that allows management to easily and intuitively filter and visualize this data in the form of different types of charts. Each of the processes has specialized diagrams for a particular scope of work, which allows for precise monitoring and analysis of results. Among other things, information on failure times, machine status and the material used and the number of components produced. The system also makes it possible to easily and quickly find bottlenecks in the production process and compare employee groups. To ensure high usability of the application, we have designed a wide range of filters such as the selection of date range and granularity. The data appearing in the form of a graph can also be viewed in the form of an advanced table, which further extends the functionality with summation and average results. We ensure the highest possible performance of the system by introducing data caching, so that the client's servers remain unencumbered.
